1. Our big disappointment was the hotel claimed not to have bed bugs and that is unfortunately not the case as I suffered from multiple bites in bed.

3. unfortunately time didn't allow a workout in the gym - did manage to visit it briefly on leaving as a way of freshening up before heading for the airport - just another little helpful service that typifies the style of this Hotel.

4. Recently when I was staying at the hotel, one of my favorite shows The Game was premiering after a two year break,but unfortunately the hotel does not carry the channel BET.

5. Overall had a good time, like the hotel but unfortunately got stuck and an airport hotel for an extra two nights due the latest volcanic ash cloud.

7. *can't join/log your stays in their Frequent stay/member club unless you book directl through their website (and unfortunately my company makes me use their company expedia account).

8. Upon arrival, which unfortunately coincided with the beginning of Superbowl XLIII, I dragged my roller bag up the four steep steps as no doorman was in sight.

9. Everthing else about the hotel was perfect, including the location (on a relatively quiet street but just a short walk from Times Square) and the staff were really nice, but unfortunately everthing was overshadowed by the noise.

10. We were moved to the 4th floor the following morning with minimal fuss, which solved the temperature problem but unfortunately, not the noise.
