1. Elevators are terribly slow, staff is a little forgetful, but mostly friendly and helpful.

2. Normally this isn't an issue, but I was coming from a conference and had a box of materials, a large suitcase, and two bags, so I could've used some customer service as I stumbled up the stairs slowly.

10. The plusses are the great staff, lovely cocktail bar and delicious and perfect Eggs Benedict in the restaurant; the negatives are the slightly cramped library (only has seating for around four people), the cocktail bar was closed on Sunday night and the two lifts are really slow.
