1. The service issues cropped up again when we decided to check out.

4. Upon arrival we where warmly greeted by staff, no issue with valet parking and check in was a breeze The room was smaller than we are used to, however after a few munities we adapted to the extremely clean and comfortable setting.

5. Normally this isn't an issue, but I was coming from a conference and had a box of materials, a large suitcase, and two bags, so I could've used some customer service as I stumbled up the stairs slowly.

10. We did have issues with our telephone not working which became a bit frustrating - we could make long distance calls but could not make local calls (?) After the back and forth between the front desk and maintenance, the hotel manager knocked on our door later that afternoon and delivered a complimentary plate of cashews, strawberries, blackberries and chocolate as an apology for any inconvenience the phone issue may have caused us.
