1. i was thinking maybe i went to the Plaza at the wrong time and there'is no service and we have to wait 40minutes on SUNDAY to have a breakfast at the entry mostly where you do your checking right, because the restaurant downstairs was closed early, No one seems to know what was going.

3. 50 for the call you have to argue - yup argue (because they're not wrong - remember) and then you even have to show it to them in the brochure and oh wait did I hear and apology nope just - you're kidding I didn't know that.

9. The worst part was that I'm a member of the Fairmont Rewards program and even after writing them a detailed letter about all of the things that had gone wrong with my stay, I got nothing but a very generic sorry and thanks for writing.
