6. We unfortunately stayed when Hurricane/ Tropical storm Irene hit but they gladly extended our stay, due to the cancelled flight, and reduced our room rate down to the standard rate without making us change room.

7. The gym unfortunately in the hotel is pathetic,I am not sure if they are renovating or not, they will give you a pass to a gym down the road if you want,however if you are like me and like getting pleasantly lost I walked 90 blocks one day so you are doing the exercise whilst holidaying.
