3. Had nice size room overlooking noisy construction side street (but this is NYC).

4. Air conditioners didn't work or were incredibly noisy, guest services were unresponsive to our finding hotel dishes and serving items in one of the safes (as if someone were planning to steal them) and we couldn't use the safe as a result.
