2. The worst part was that I'm a member of the Fairmont Rewards program and even after writing them a detailed letter about all of the things that had gone wrong with my stay, I got nothing but a very generic sorry and thanks for writing.

3. Bathroom wasn't the worst but for a place with this pricetag, I expected a really nice one with a great vanity and tub.
