3. The TV problem recurred 3 times and finally when i threatened to leave they kindly upgraded us to a suite ( moving all our things expertly while we were out) and reducing the rate on our final night by 50%.

4. The employee in charge ( Andrei, who was overstrectched ) asked what the problem was with the service and so I explained that I wasn't happy to pay it and wished it to be removed from the bill.

9. Although it was busy, at the front of the hotel, in the day with tourists I found it amusing and comforting that the hotel was a tourist attraction and it was never a problem for us.
