1. We just got back from a 4 day special occasion stay at the Plaza and we were extremely disappointed.

3. The buffet breakfast was ok (I am not very demanding as far as breakfast is concerned), but you will be disappointed if you expect something out of the ordinary or different to what you can find in hotels 1/2 the price.

6. I was a little disappointed with the food served as a whole there- the breakfast wasn't anything to rave about- and lunch we did the chefs table which had good variety.

Location is great for holidays as close to shopping and the park but this all depends on why you are in the cityThe service of the hotel is sub standard and disappointing considering the high standard they set for themselves and charge for:- the lobby is packed with tourists and could be managed better by hotel- no personal service anywhere.
