4. The room we were in didn't get made up one day, the coffee pot never got cleaned and housekeeping left our dirty cups and saucers in the room after the first use of the coffee pot until I called them to clean it up and replenish the cups.

5. they throw glass down the laundry shoot so it hits the angry laundry attendant, and once the housekeepers are done 'cleaning' a room another room attendant that does not like them goes in the room and dirties it.

7. Doesn't anyone train these people not to air dirty laundry when guests are in ear shot? Plus, the disco-inspired lighting in the main lobby and balcony bars that change color every few seconds dramatically detract from the architectural sophistication of the property.
