5. This is the only negative aspect of the whole trip and although it didn't mar the experience too much, it was a real shame that on those occasions when we dealt with him, we were made to feel as though we shouldn't be in the hotel.

7. A couple of negatives: the gym was two small rooms with very little equipment (apparently the "real gym" was under construction) and the service in the lobby bar was atrocious.
