2. We came here on Thursday at 3pm, pleasant holidays is the worst in booking this hotel, they booked us into a room that is on the side of a moving road with bunch of traffic noise.

As usual, the worst part of my vacation (and life) are other people ~ I'm guessing that those who are reading this review don't fit the mold (if you do, leave the kids at home and actually ENJOY a vacation for once ~ both my wife and I grew up with parents that left us home for 2 out of 3 vacations a year).

5. When we checked in and were told we had a room in a totally different area, I questioned why, and was told 'oh those rooms are the 'Garden view Paradise' So basically we paid for an upgrade, to be in the worst room location in the place.
