1. Our particular condo did show some wear and tear and had we not stayed on Hawaii first in a gorgeous condo, we may have been okay with this one.

2. That may not be the case, but why tear out pages and then have people wonder? The room just seems to need a general spiffing up, like paint or a new carpet or a new toilet, aside formt he chipped bathtub.
