1. Like other reviewers have said, the lack of air conditioning was not an issue, thanks to the many windows throughout the unit.

And finally, for being such a resort-rich area, there's a decided lack of support amenities, meaning well stocked grocery stores (we ended up going to 4, finally getting everything in Lihue ~ mayo being the item we couldn't find closer), eating options that fit the slot between $10/pp and $50/pp ~ we either spent $20 for a meal or $100+ when going out, there is Nothing in the middle.

8. We like the beaches down there better, the snorkeling, and lack of pretentiousness that Defines the north side of the island.

9. Given the bedding issues above and the lack of a pool, this resort, IMO, is probably better suited for couples rather than families.
