1. The beach is never crowded , showers right when you come back to the grounds to wash off all the sand, kitchen, tv, I mean what else do you need? Very clean , yes, the furniture is a bit dated but who cares ? Your hardly in your room to nit pick at things this small when overall the place is fantastastic.
