1. There was some paint chipping at a couple of places and I had to have maintenance work on the vanity and shower drains.

2. That may not be the case, but why tear out pages and then have people wonder? The room just seems to need a general spiffing up, like paint or a new carpet or a new toilet, aside formt he chipped bathtub.
