1. I think some will be very happy here, others might be rather surprised and disappointed by the location, but we adjusted after the first few hours and rather like it if you are willing to forgo the ocean view or ocean front and big price for that almost anywhere.

3. We always stay in an oceanfront condo and I was (am) somewhat disappointed that our old steps down to the water are no longer there and has been filled in with the hedge.
