Areas for opportunity: the mattresses (lumpy); the hotel gym - totally dated and so dinky (low ceilings and equipment so close people are practically falling on top of each other and/or smelling each other's sweat); and the hotel's marketplace- really substandard gift shop-totally yech product selection.

4. Once we got into our rooms it smelled funny (kinda like moldy carpeting when it's been washed but not fully dried).

8. Well, I'm not that picky of a person, but this is a stinky issue and the GM must not ever go around the trash recepticles or have a sense of smell to not notice this.
