2. PS This is a timeshare resort albeit a very nice, quality Marriott property-avoid the 'Welcome' call to do a presentation unless you really want the gifts offered.

3. If you want a kid free atmosphere, avoid this place, but I wouldn't say it's over run with kids.

4. I had read previous reviews on this resort that the view from these condos can vary a lot, so I requested an interior garden view unit, so as to avoid a parking lot view.

7. I avoided Hale 1 because of the ruins but wish now I hadn't because the ocean views there looked pretty good.
