3. The room has a very nice view; however, the room we stayed at for sure had bed bugs in the sofa bed because my son and nephew would wake up with bug bytes all over their legs.

5. The facility has a pest plan and I guarantee you, I see these people cleaning all the time (early morning hours too) and have yet to see any critters or bugs in the units.
