Dates of Travel: Fri-Sun Sept 21-23, 2007Room Category: One Bedroom SuiteCompanions: Me (40), Husband (38), Son (4), Son (2)Purpose of Trip: Visit Sea World on 1st Family VacationHometown: D/FW - 6 hour (incl break) car rideReserved via Sea World official booking websitePros:- Staff very friendly and helpful- Large, well appointed rooms, interior entrances- Good breakfast buffet- Lots of activities for kids [pool, small climbing/slide structure, s'mores and movie in courtyard at night, Nintendo game rentals in room, TV hookups for DVD players]- Fantastic shuttle service to Sea World- friendly driversCons:- Pools are split level - family pool and toddler pool are on different levels and one cannot see both at same time- Not as clean as it should be [hallways were stained, found wine cork & receipt dated 1 week ago in newly checked-in room floor]Our experience:Loved the room - a one bedroom suite: on entrance had a wet bar with glass shelving housing real glasses, marble counter with small 4 cup coffee maker, small sink, underneather was cabinet and small frige with tiny freezer section.
