1. We were told by the management that we would have both nights taken care of and we would not have to pay for our stay given all the issues we had.

2. We noticed that there were only 3 bath towels, no wash, no hand and there were 4 of us in the room (this was written about in previous reviews and they still have not fixed this issue).

Also please go back through the reviews of this particular hotel to see that many of these issues that I am about to bring to your attention have been brought up numerous times before in past reviews and you will notice that the management of this hotel always responds to cover their hineys by saying 'we are unaware of this' or 'sorry we are working on it' or ' We apologize but we will look into this' but they never seem to do anything about it.

4. On top of these issues, we had no hot water on the 27th.

5. The only issue was on the corner some folks brought their dogs & they barked all the time when you walked by but we were far enough away that when in our room we did not hear them.

7. I called Sea World to see if they could issue the credit since the hotel was not cooperating and they again said I had to go through the hotel.

9. We stayed there over a year ago and it had several issues, but not this time.

10. Only issue at check-in was our breakfast did not show to be included, but the employee happily corrected that upon seeing my printed confirmation email.
