1. How can you go wrong? I would definitely recommend this hotel, but I think it's unlike we will be returning because the whole family has had enough of Disney for quite a while.

2. Our room was on floor 16 but we foolishly got in the wrong lift, up to 10 thinking we could go higher but realising not had to come all the way back down just to go up again.
