5. The cafe in the bottom had VERY SLOW service and then the sandwich I ordered was NOT supposed to be hot but the cook toasted it and when I asked the server she said 'They toast them' but didn't offer to get me another when I pointed out the sandwish wasn't traditionally heated nor did the menu state it was, she just shrugged and walked away not coming back until presenting the bill.

6. Service at the pool was a little slow and they messed our order up 2 days in a row but the food (and cocktails) were good.

7. low slow flush toilets, TP roll is located around and behind you (long awkward stretch to get it), and just shower (no tub).
