7. Also the water was lukewarm for bathing at best, when I called to inquire about the lack of hot water, I was told the room I was in wasn't supposed to be used due to this issue, so I had to move rooms.

8. You have to pay top dollar for beverages and snacks at the coffee bar (though one night I was given some free bottled water after questioning the cost and lack of vending machines at the front desk).
