7. In the whole two weeks we stayed, there were only two downsides to the hotel, one lady working in the Disney shop in the hotel was very rude when we went o buy some park tickets.

8. Great, friendly staff apart from one incident when checking in that the person dealing with us was too busy with what someone else was doing and looking at them as opposed to us so didn't know who he was dealing with which I felt was a bit rude.
