1. Some people complain about having to pay, but nothing is free on Disney property.

2. the only complain I have is that housekeeping can take a while to enter the room, I went into my rooma couple of days around 3 pm and still the room wasnt done.

4. Rooms are normal size and perhaps I would like the bathroom to be a bit bigger but I cannot complain about that.

7. I have read other reviews that complained about the 'Disney View' not being of the Castle, or other major icons, but that is slightly impossible becasue the hotel is situated and where its located.

10. I will say we did not complain to management as it did not start until after the weekend that we arrived (we got there on a Thursday) and so we had unpacked all our luggage and it would have meant repacking etc if they moved us.
