1. I made the clueless tourist mistake of being guided to a taxi and paying over $60 for a taxi from the airport before I found out about the Miers shuttle service that was a small fraction of the price.

We had a 2 week family holiday at the hotel in Jan 2012 It met all expectations but I really wanted everyone to know how good the concierge team was:My daughter had her 3rd birthday while we at the hotel and we had booked a birthday meal for her and my family (11 of us) at Epcot but due to a mix up by disney (and a small mistake on my part) we were left birtday cake less.
