The front desk is very sloppy (bellhop brought the luggage to the
wrong
room), vending and ice machines only on every other floor, internet only available in the lobby (not on the room), and the pool is very modest.

It's not that there is anything drastically
wrong
with this hotel its just that it is a long walk from anywhere apart from the beach, so if you are looking for a beach front location this is ideal, we weren't.

Damp carpets - lobby gives off the
wrong
impression that the hotel is lavish - Seen cleaner zoos - So called four star hotel - WHAT A JOKE AVOID AT ALL COSTS - DONT WASTE YOUR MONEYBOOKED THROUGH VIRGIN - THEYVE HAD THE COMPLAINT ALREADY - RUINED OUR TWO WEEK HOLIDAY.

side of town at 32nd Street next to all types of dumpy accomodations and a construction site for a new condo complex.
