5. I only had 1 problem where the room next door consisted of the noisest people i have ever known playing music at 5am, needless to say i was not happy.

6. The car parking was another problem we faced; everytime we told them to leave the car out, they put it away and expected tips and didn't understand that we wanted the car on valet parked on certain days, so we ended up paying for the whole 2 weeks.

7. We never had a problem finding a sun bed but would agree that some people still insist on saving beds with towels and then going out for the day.

8. Don't agree with other reviews that this is a problem - the boardwalk along the beach is well lit and patrolled by security and we never felt unsafe.

9. Room cleaned daily - had same problem here as in Orlando - 4 in the room but never enough towels or glasses.

10. After reading the reviews, i contacted my travel agent who then phoned Hayes and Jarvis, and there reply was the Hotel is not in anyway affected, however phoning the hotel direct they did tell me of the problems, and i was concerned about travelling.
