2. our daughter lives in miami we go 4 times a year plese let me tell u all its not the best but its not the worst its clean a little exra work from the wife its ok good value for money ther a lot worst unless u want to go 20 miles up the road things like parking u can park on meter for 6 dollers a day u dont have to pay valet parking breakfast is great.

When we tried to have breakfast in the main restaurant, it was more or less cleared away from under us;All in all this is one of the worst hotels we have had the mis-fortune to stay in, and we have since heard of others that had similar complaints from a couple of years ago, so this is not just a one off, it is apparently endemic.

Despite being at Collins Avenue, it is perhaps located in the worst area of the whole Avenue, far away from South Beach / Lincoln Avenue, where the heat is on and also far away from the relax atmosphere of North Beach / Bal Harbour, b) I also agree that it needs a refurnishment, especially the rooms.
