1. We checked in around 3:00pm and the lobby and grounds were very nice so we were shocked when we stepped off of the time machine.

2. I was a little shocked at the location because they claim to be a South Beach location , but they are far from Ocean Drive and there is really nothing around other than construction and a few hotels.
