3. We visited this hotel in April, the first room we were given was dark and dingy, it looked out onto a hotel that was being demolished, and as we were staying for two weeks we asked to be moved.

5. Are you kidding me? They had the cajones to call themselves a 4-star? I've stayed in the most dingy suburban Holiday Inn motels and even those would've been preferable to this room minus the view.
