1. from our room you could see a hotel next door that was in the process of being built but we didnt once see or get disturbed by builders as described on other reviews.

2. noise - there were constructions going on on both sides of the hotel, very disturbing Overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all but I am pretty sure there are worse out there.

3. We stayed in April 2009 and the hotel next door was being knocked down- it did not disturb us but as work continues it might be worth checking.

4. On one particular day we decided to have a lie-in and forgot to put the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, the cleaner did not knock, she just walked in, she did try her best to apologise in broken english though.
