2. The only downside was that hardly any of the waitresses/waitors spoke english or their accent was so thick it was difficult to understand.

5. The only downside was that the hotel is mainly occupied with continental European visitors, which inevitably means people do reserve most of the beds in prime areas, despite the hotel rules stating this is not allowed it does go on and the hotel does not stop it.

Stayed for 3 nights 19-22 Dec 08Clean big and comfortable roomsGreat Buffet breakfastright on the beach, small but nice pool areapolite and helpful staff20 min drive from Miami airport$15 a day parking - which is only by Valet (quite handy though you just dump the car)only possible downside is its a 40 min walk to Ocean Drive & 20 min walk to Lincoln Rd.

7. The only downside was that one lift was out of order at the time but to be honest we were on the fourth floor and we had no problem using the stairs, I'm sure that they would move you to a lower floor if you requested.
