1. There was nothing wrong it, simply wasnt to my liking so after calling the front desk to see if i could change rooms (even if there is a price diff) they offered me a complimentary upgrade to a room that I liked.

4. Don't get me wrong, I like to party and drink but I don't want every Charlie Sheen wanna-be living next to my room and thrashing the room while I can hear everything in the next room.

5. Air conditioning well sounded like the motor was going wrong terrible noise, downstairs not much better what a dark hotel, shame it is not painted in lighter colours would look alot smarter then, will definitely not be going back there, didn't find the staff that helpful either.

6. We booked a taxi with the hotel to get to the airport but when the day came to leave it didn't turn up and it turned out they'd filled in the wrong time on the taxi booking.

7. even when 1) Someone tried to enter our room with a key he had just gotten from the check-in desk, 2) They had us down for the wrong dates.
