1. The room had stains on the carpet, the TV was tiny--too small considering how far away from the bed it was, someone did a terrible job of painting the bathroom door-- they couldn't stay in the lines, the shower was grungy.

4. Adding to this the hotel rooms are very tiny (smallest I have ever seen, even smaller than NY) and terribly outdated with mismatched thrift store furniture.

5. The service at the front desk, lobby bar area, valet parking was mixed at best, and was terrible at the pool, leaving the impression that the staff had better things that they would rather be doing.

7. Air conditioning well sounded like the motor was going wrong terrible noise, downstairs not much better what a dark hotel, shame it is not painted in lighter colours would look alot smarter then, will definitely not be going back there, didn't find the staff that helpful either.
