2. Only real downside was getting the accounting staff to return call about a billling issue - still haven't heard from them after two requests in person and three phone messages.

4. If you have to deal with these two people, expect nothing out of it, and I mean not even an apology for any issues caused by the hotel.

5. Credit to hotel staff - got both issues fixed straight away - especially the maintenance guy who came in with deodorizer to get rid of cigar smell.

6. I on the other hand was traveling for buisness and had some of my own issues with some guest next door to me in the hotel.

7. The rooms are nice and comfortable, well lit (I saw a couple comments about how it is dark in the hotel??? I didn't have an issue), beds are comfortable, we had a view of the pool.

10. I can't say that it isn't compltely manic at other times when they are hosting a party, but it was fine when we were there, no issues at all.
