1. The room, to me, had a dank smell to it, but my wife never really complained about it (and she complains about all kinds of smells), so maybe it was just me.

9. All they did was relay the message to the GM at Roosevelt whom did nothing but reiterate the same message I heard when I first complained about my stay.

10. HOWEVER, If you complain numerous times about a situation they ignored to rectify, they will threaten to have you arrested for trespassing the next time you come to their hotel.
