4. I disagreed so asked for the Manager and when he eventually showed up and I showed him my confirmation print out he had to agree that although the rate offered had been a mistake, they had to honour it and so we were moved rooms.

5. Overall it was a very bad and expensive mistake to book here and i certainly recommend that you do not make the same mistake.
