As I had already unpacked I decided not to complain to avoid the hassle of moving my stuff, but by all means avoid staying in rooms close to the elevators until they manage to fix this
problem
.

This probably isn't a
problem
for travelers who don't mind living out of their suitcase, but I could see it being very frustrating to a traveler who prefers to unpack everything (like me).

Neither the hotel management or Travel website seemed interested in the
problem
and just pointed fingers at each other while we, the customer, was in the middle.

I also heared one other couple in the Hallway 'Thet better have changed the sheets tonite' so this is a common
problem
here? They left a small basket with some BS cookies and candy as an apology.
