1. As I had already unpacked I decided not to complain to avoid the hassle of moving my stuff, but by all means avoid staying in rooms close to the elevators until they manage to fix this problem.

2. The only negative thing I have to say is the price of some of the items you can buy in the lobby area are outrageous but that is easily avoidable by buying drinks/snacks elsewhere, including the Target that is next door.

3. The staff was very courteous and worked with me to divide my stay into individual shorter stays so I could get the lowest rate but avoid prepaying for a set number of days.
