Right near to a comedy club (Laugh Out
loud
), a decent steakhouse (Longhorn), a few 24 hour restaurants (Jim's, Denny's) plus a Target and multiple other restaurants, the location truly is convenient - you can walk to all of these places.

groaning noises every time it activated.

The toilet door is a sliding type so it would make shutting
loud
noise if you give it a little pull or push.

)Cons: The public area on the ground floor had constant

+ The alarm clock used flashing lights (think strobe light) to wake you up vs a
loud
alarm.

However, don't make the mistake of equating 'trendy' with '
loud
and noisy'- once I got in my room and shut the door it was very quiet.

It seemed like the vast majority of guests were large families with many kids running around, including (to my dismay) our next door neighbors whose kids were very
loud
.
