8. Only complaint was getting low(er) fat milk for coffee--not everyone drinks or likes heavy cream in coffee, and it was such a production to get milk that I gave up on having coffee at the hotel after the first day.

9. One of my primary complaints is that the A/C unit does not have an option to allow the fan to continue running if it is not heating or cooling (I like the white noise in the background to help me sleep).
