1. They are hard and you can feel the springs.

2. The bed is not a standard Sheraton sweet sleeper - in fact it is far from it, it's hard and unfortunately the springs inside the mattress are very noisy.

3. To make up for it, the hotel has moved the desk lamp into the bathroom/sink area, but since that area does not get any natural light, it made it really hard to use the bathroom mirror for makeup, grooming, etc.
