1. downside, the view from our room was a fire escape and a wall but as I said earlier we didn't visit to sit in a room lookin out.

5. I could go on forever about the downsides of this hotel but to add a positive - it was very conveniently located, about a five-minute walk from Times Square.

7. The only downside is the noise - Seems like the rooms can use some noise proof Windows and same goes for the room sealing - so if you are a light sleeper, might not be the best choice for you.
