1. The staff was generally friendly except one other Spanish speaking lady who seemed to be the shift leader, she was a little arrogant we think.

2. So in reponse to his arrogance and I tipped out all the loose change I had left (not one single note and a lot of cents) and piled into into his hand, he wasn't impressed but i smiled and shut the door of the shuttle bus and we drove away and I could hear him shouting as we left.

3. As for the staff - I find when it comes to the US, people are either really friendly or very arrogant and I wasn't corrected in New York either.
