1. We complain again, they give us another room (same size but more depressing) - after a while w realize that that one also has the same window frame probs, we complain again and decide to upgrade to a suite for an extra 60 usd: ahahaha and they call it a suite.

2. ahahah As soon as you go up 1 floor the rooms are very old and depressing + note that the hotel has no facilities: no mini bar, no bar, no restaurant or room service, NOTHING: if you open the booklet that you find in the room they suggest that you order a pizza take away from some nearby place: how sad is this?? Please please please avoid this place - go somewhere else where you can actually relax and enjoy your stay (and a decent shower).

3. We arrived in the afternoon and they gave us a room which was so small (and old and depressing, and there was only 1 tiny window and no light orfresh air coming into the room.

4. we complained, they move us to another room ( a little bigger, a little less depressing): the window frames were so bad that a cold wind came into the room even if the heater was at full speed.
