1. 2 lifts in place but only 1 working, the lift working is very slow and it is quicker to walk up the dingy stairs if you are able.

7. The entire hotel, or what I saw of it, was incredibly dimly lit and the color scheme of dingy brown didn't really help the place to feel light and clean, but the linens seemed fresh and clean and the bed itself was really comfortable.
