3. First time to NYC and stayed here, location really good however, room basic, noisy air con, filthy hallways, lift out of order and were on 7th floor, carpet in room dirty, reception staff not always helpful, bitten all over whilst stayed there, and brought a cockroache back to uk which can only be from there.

4. The bathroom is small but what do you need a huge one for? I saw the pics of the tubs (where they looked dirty) they are cast iron, this is where the paint has worn over the years.

7. Some buttons on the tv remote didn't work, the room faced a brick wall, the air was stagnant and reeked of cigarettes, the AC didn't work, the sheets were dirty (no lie - there was red lipstick on the sheet - ewww), and not to mention that the elevator was broken, so I had to walk up and down 7 flights multiple times.
